I have a small Kawai grand which hadn’t been tuned since 2011. It had been plagued for many years with an annoying “buzz” in several keys. No one seemed to be able to correct it. I had a recital scheduled at my house for a Carnegie Hall-featured pianist, EunYoung Lee, and I was concerned that the piano wouldn’t be up to performance standards. Ray came and corrected the “buzz,” tuned the piano beautifully and the performance went off without a missed note! This instrument has never sounded better! Louiselle Piano Service has serviced our Baldwin electric player piano for many years in Harbor Springs. Because we reside only in the summer here, our piano is regularly in need of tuning after many months of non-use with drastic seasonal changes in temperature and humidity. We also have had mechanical and electrical issues with the piano from time to time. Ray Louiselle has consistently and successfully repaired what was need to be done, as well as kept our piano in fine tune and given us many summers of enjoyment with it. (Our two year old grandson thinks the player piano is a major highlight of a trip to the cottage!)
